About RTS: Arizona’s Request to Speak (RTS) program allows members of the public to register their position on bills listed on legislative agendas and to request to speak on those bills during committee hearings. This account must be made in person; by completing this form, you agree to allow our lobbyist partner (Consilium Consulting) to create an RTS account on your behalf. A basic password will be assigned, and we will follow up with instructions on how to log in and register your support once the account is set up.
