Asima Ahmad, M.D., MPH, is a double board-certified reproductive endocrinologist and the Co-founder and Chief Medical Officer of Carrot Fertility, a global leader in fertility and family-building care. At Carrot, she drives clinical strategy and leads a worldwide telehealth program connecting patients to over 10,000 fertility and family-forming experts.

A Harvard and University of Chicago-trained physician, Dr. Ahmad is also a practicing infertility specialist, researcher, and nationally recognized thought leader. Named to Business Insider’s 30 under 40 in Healthcare and featured in outlets from The New York Times to GMA, she’s shaping the future of reproductive health with purpose and power.

Meryl Arenstein is a retired fertility nurse and pioneering figure in reproductive medicine, best known for her decades of work at RMA of New Jersey. As one of the earliest members of the RMA team when it opened its doors in 1999, Meryl helped shape the practice’s patient-first approach and built a reputation for compassionate, high-touch care during an often emotional journey.

Throughout her career, Meryl supported thousands of patients through fertility treatment, blending deep clinical knowledge with empathy and advocacy. Her lasting impact lives on in the many families she helped create and in the standard of care she helped define.

Dr. Janet Bruno-Gaston is a board-certified reproductive endocrinologist at Shady Grove Fertility Houston, where she also serves as Fertility Preservation and Regional Research Director. A graduate of Morehouse School of Medicine, she completed her residency at LAC+USC and fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine, earning a Master of Clinical Investigation along the way.

Dr. Bruno-Gaston’s research spans embryo viability, PCOS, and developmental programming. She works closely with Houston’s top oncologists to expand access to fertility preservation and is a passionate advocate for equitable care and improved outcomes starting at conception.

Dr. Janet M. Choi is a board-certified reproductive endocrinologist and Chief Medical Officer at Progyny, where she ensures best-in-class fertility and family-building care for members nationwide.

A Harvard and Columbia-trained physician, Dr. Choi previously served as Medical Director at CCRM New York and held leadership roles in oncofertility at Columbia University. She’s published widely, lectures often, and has earned consistent recognition as a Castle Connolly Top Doctor and New York Magazine Super Doctor.

Known for her clinical excellence and patient-first approach, Dr. Choi is a leading voice in fertility preservation and access.

Lily Leibner is a first-year medical student at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. She is originally from New York and graduated from the University of Virginia in 2022. Lily worked as a coordinator at RMA of New York, where she helped patients with fertility preservation and connected oncofertility patients with the Chick Mission. She plans to specialize in women’s health and advocate for reproductive justice throughout her medical career.

Dr. Callum Potts is the founding partner and Co-Medical Director of CCRM Fertility of Miami. A board-certified reproductive endocrinologist and proud Australian, he brings global expertise and deep empathy—rooted in his own fertility journey—to his work in IVF, egg freezing, and oncofertility.

Trained in both the U.S. and Australia, Dr. Potts has published widely, earned national recognition for teaching and clinical excellence, and was named a Castle Connolly Top Doctor in 2024. He’s known for his patient-first approach, blending science with compassion to help every individual or couple build the family they dream of.

When not at the clinic, he’s chasing his twin boys or playing on the U.S. Medical Soccer Team, always with the same drive and heart he brings to his practice.

Dr. Lucky Sekhon is a double board certified OBGYN and Reproductive Endocrinologist & Infertility specialist practicing at RMA of New York, and is an assistant clinical professor in the Department of OBGYN at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai.

She is passionate about empowering people by educating them about their reproductive health and options for fertility preservation and family building and spends time outside of her regular work day to create content, mythbust, and educate about reproductive health on social media. She has authored hundreds of scientific abstracts and manuscripts and has presented her clinical research at international conferences. She also regularly lends her expertise and provides her commentary on fertility related news stories in digital and print media, as well as on live television.

Dr. Sekhon's mission is to make fertility knowledge more accessible to everyone so that they can make informed decisions about family building, now and in the future.

Rosemary Semler, MA, RN, AOCNS is the clinical nurse specialist and Director of the Oncofertility Program at NYU Langone’s Perlmutter Cancer Center. A veteran of Memorial Sloan Kettering, where she built and led its fertility preservation effort, she now champions equitable access across NYU’s vast network, ensuring every cancer patient hears about fertility options within 24 hours.

An expert in oncology nursing and patient advocacy, Rosemary secures discounted services and philanthropic support to ease financial burdens, conducting thousands of oncofertility consultations and leading groundbreaking on-site surgical programs.

Jennifer Straub, M. Ed. is a transformative leader in healthcare operations and currently serves as CCRM Fertility’s Houston office Director of Provider Relations. She plays a key role in supporting top reproductive endocrinologists, helping ensure consistently outstanding clinical care and patient experience 

With a background in education and relationship-building, Jennifer excels at bridging teams and stakeholders to drive seamless provider integration and operational success. Her leadership helps maintain CCRM Houston’s reputation for excellence in reproductive medicine.

Outside work, she’s a proud mother of two and advocates for wellness and balance, though she might tell you her best project remains the thriving practice and partnership she’s helped grow in her city.

Virginia (Gina) Wettlaufer Tomenson is a luxury branding expert turned passionate advocate. A Tulane graduate and former executive at Tiffany & Co. and Harry Winston, she now leads her own consulting firm, Rock Sharpe, LLC.

In 2012, Gina was diagnosed with stage III triple-positive breast cancer at 31, beginning treatment at Memorial Sloan Kettering, where she also said yes to a surprise proposal after radiation. Today, she and her husband, Walter, are proud parents to Ashby Reid and Walter IV, both born via gestational carrier.

A devoted volunteer and voice for patient advocacy and fertility preservation, Gina serves on multiple boards and committees at MSK and is active in legislative efforts across New York State. She lives with her family on the Upper East Side of Manhattan.
