Hope Grant Program

Our patient grant program supports women newly diagnosed with cancer seeking to preserve fertility ahead of treatment that may render her infertile.

Monetary grants are furnished for costs associated an egg freezing cycle and are determined by applicant’s financial need, applicable insurance coverage (or lack thereof), recommended treatment protocol and the criteria below.

Please note Hope Grants do not cover medication costs.

Applications for Hope Grant considerations are submitted directly from an onboarded fertility clinic in our network BEFORE a fertility cycle starts. If you have not begun treatment, please see the list of participating partners.

Residential Eligibility

Our Hope Grant Program currently operates in the following states:

Eligible applicants must satisfy all the following criteria and apply via a fertility partner practice currently onboarded with our program. Please find our current state-by-state list of health insurance carriers and clinics HERE. You must confirm with your health insurance carrier if your plan is accepted by a specific clinic.

Medical Criteria Eligibility

Applicant must not have undergone prior treatment (i.e. chemo therapy, radiation, etc.) that may have lowered reproductive function. Patients applying after a recurrence will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Annual Adjusted Gross Household Income Eligibility

If the applicant is under 26 years old and claimed to be a dependent, the above applies to their parent(s) or legal guardian.

In the event The Chick Mission elects to award a Hope Grant, payment is directed to a partner fertility practice upon receipt of a final invoice.

The Chick Mission is unable to award additional funds for a second round to those who have already been approved for a grant.
